Questions we hear first.
How long does an interior take?
Indicatively 6 to 10 weeks of work for typical apartment scopes, depending on scope and site readiness. A full apartment can take longer: Nina Garden A4 took almost three months. We set a schedule in the agreement, and it stays subject to site conditions.
How do you price a project?
We prepare an itemised BOQ from the agreed drawings and scope, so you see every item, quantity and rate before you commit. Budgets are indicative until that BOQ is agreed.
Do you only design, or do you build too?
Either. Design-only is available. With design and execution, one team is accountable from the first drawing to handover.
Which areas do you work in?
Our interior projects so far are in Uttara and Bashundhara, Dhaka. If you are elsewhere, tell us the location and we will confirm whether we can take it on.
Can you build just the kitchen and wardrobes?
Yes. At Sector 15-A, A1, the brief was cabinets only: wardrobes for the rooms and kitchen cabinets, each custom fitted to the owners’ needs. We scope and price a smaller job the same way, with an itemised BOQ.
Can you design a building or a plot, not just interiors?
Yes. Our architecture and real estate side covers layouts, elevations and material direction. We discuss regulatory feasibility with you, and approvals are never guaranteed.
What should I bring to the first conversation?
Your floor plan if you have one, the property location, a rough budget and the date you would like to start. If you have none of these, we work them out together.
