Noyae’s studio is in Sector 13, Uttara. Our interior work in the area includes a traditional, wooden-style duplex and a custom cabinetry job, both in Sector 15-A. If your home is in Uttara, we can visit, measure and talk it through in person.
Our work in Uttara.
Ahmed’s Residence is a duplex rooted in traditional, wooden style, with a custom ceiling and marble tops in every room. Sector 15-A, A1 was a cabinets-only job: wardrobes for the rooms and a kitchen, each custom fitted to the owners’ needs.
We also design buildings here. We are the architect and partner of The Avalon in Sector 15-A, a project of Assent Builders Limited. Its design stage is complete and it has not been built yet.

Where is the studio?
House 35, Road 14, Sector 13, Uttara, Dhaka. We are open Sunday to Thursday, 10am to 5pm. Message us on Messenger or email us to arrange a visit.
Do you take on just a wardrobe or a kitchen?
Yes. At Sector 15-A, A1, the brief was cabinets only. We scope and price a smaller job the same way as a full interior, with an itemised BOQ.
Do you handle the whole interior?
Yes. Design, an itemised BOQ, fabrication, installation and handover with a snag list, under one written agreement.
